Sunsets and Flavors
It was an afternoon of creative dishes and great company at 32 Sanson.
Summer hasn’t officially begun in February, but that didn’t stop 32 Sanson by Rockwell and Cebu Living to throw a Saturday afternoon affair, gathering people who love good food and great company. Like a big family barbecue, the event had a picnic theme, complete with white foldable chairs and tables covered with checkered table cloths. The popular food stalls were The Boy and the Girl by Carnivore, which served interesting dishes like Goat & Sausage Parpadelle, Smoke Tasek and Cobia rolls, and Bone Marrow and bread with garlic mushroom gremolata. Tatang’s was also a hit serving Lechon wraps. Craft Dawgs served yummy hotdog sandwiches (bacon-wrapped and Katsu dogs), while Little Chef served all kinds of Mac’n’Cheese. For those with a sweet tooth, Zucre and Krish’s Kitchen gave out baked treats, while Snö prepared shaved ice for the guests to help them cool down. The event ended until the late night as more people gathered to savor the food, have a few cocktails (provided by The Social), and listen to local artists.
